Terms of service

outfame.lol is operated by ROMVALOR SRL (CUI 10054792), Str. Mănăstirea Humorului 32, Gura Humorului, Județ Suceava, 725300, Romania ("we", "us") — hello@outfame.lol; more on the contact page. By paying on outfame.lol you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If these Terms and the public Rules page ever disagree on a point of money or law, these Terms control.

  1. What a payment buys. Placement on the public board at the rank your payment can take once Stripe marks the checkout paid — not when the card is typed. A public listing page whose profile links (Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/X) route through our /go redirect. The seat is not held for a fixed time — anyone can pay more and pass you.
  2. If the board moves while you pay. Between checkout and the moment Stripe confirms the payment, someone else may claim the profile you are listing, or one of the extra profiles you added. Your payment still lands: a new listing whose main profile was just claimed becomes a raise on that existing listing, and an extra profile that was just claimed is left off. The confirmation page tells you which happened. No refund either way.
  3. How the board works — not guaranteed. We run and invest in bringing visitors to outfame.lol; visitors are expected to click through to listed profiles, and click counts are a public tally of that, not a promise of unique humans or a quota you paid for. We do not promise a number of visitors, clicks, or new followers; a search-engine or platform-algorithm rank; or endorsement by, or affiliation with, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X.
  4. Payments are final. No refund for being outranked, for fewer clicks or visitors than hoped, for a later removal due to a breach of these Terms, or for a "remove me" request from the listed person.
  5. Immediate performance. By paying, you expressly ask us to start the listing or raise right away, and you acknowledge that — to the extent the law allows — you give up any right to cancel or withdraw once we do. Where a consumer right cannot legally be waived, we honor it.
  6. Chargebacks. Filing one without a legal basis is a breach of these Terms and may lead to the listing being removed — still no refund.
  7. Complaints and dispute resolution. Complain by email (see the contact page): we acknowledge within 2 working days and answer within 30 calendar days. If we can't resolve a disagreement directly, Romanian consumers may also use ANPC's SAL (Alternative Dispute Resolution) service at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. Participation follows the SAL procedure rules.
  8. Authorization. Creating a listing requires this confirmation: I own these profiles (or have permission to list them), I agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy, and I understand payments are final. False listings get removed without refund. Raising an existing listing makes no ownership claim. We do not verify ownership before payment; a listing found to be unauthorized, impersonating someone, or otherwise fake can be removed or detached without refund, regardless of who paid for it.
  9. The listed person's own control. Whoever a listing is about can force its full removal at any time, whether or not they were the payer — see the rules. That removal blocks the handle(s) from being listed again and does not refund the payer.
  10. Allowed platforms. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X only. No adult-platform links.
  11. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract to pay. Do not list a profile you know belongs to someone under 18; a listing found to be of a minor is removed without refund.
  12. Prohibited uses. Impersonation or listing a competitor's profile without permission; listing minors; scam, malware, or phishing profiles; hate, exploitation, or illegal offers; abusing the board (fake clicks, automated traffic against our API). We may remove a listing for any of these with or without notice — never a refund.
  13. Payment-processor risk. A listing whose content or links put our ability to accept card payments at risk — including adult-adjacent profiles — may be restricted (for example barred from #1) or removed, with or without notice, without refund.
  14. Payment processing. Checkout runs through Stripe, in USD; the charge appears on your card statement as OUTFAME.LOL. Stripe's own terms apply to the transaction itself. No additional tax is currently collected.
  15. License. Creating or raising a listing grants us a license to host and display the handle, display name, bio, and avatar on outfame.lol for as long as the listing exists, and briefly afterward (30 days) to resolve any dispute about its removal.
  16. Platform names. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X names/marks identify the linked destination only — not an endorsement or affiliation claim by those platforms.
  17. Country. Set by the first paid listing and does not change with later raises; use the "wrong country" report on a listing to request a correction.
  18. No warranty. The service is provided as-is; ranks may change at any time as others bid.
  19. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a listing is capped at the amount paid on that specific bid.
  20. Changes to these Terms. We may update them; the version on this page with its "Last updated" date controls.
  21. Governing law and courts. Romanian law applies, and disputes go to the competent courts of Romania — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have as a resident elsewhere in the EU, including a consumer's right to bring a claim in the courts of their own country of residence.
  22. Language versions. These Terms are published in English and in Romanian. For consumers resident in Romania the Romanian version controls; for everyone else, the English version.
