Complaints about a payment or a listing

Write to hello@outfame.lol with the listing link and, for payments, the email you used at checkout or the Stripe receipt number. We acknowledge within 2 working days and answer within 30 calendar days. If you are a consumer in Romania and we cannot settle it directly, you may take it to ANPC's alternative dispute resolution (SAL) at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro; participation follows the SAL procedure rules. Reports about a listing

Impersonation, an unauthorized listing, wrong country, a profile to add, or a removal request: use the report form at the bottom of that listing's page. Reports are anonymous, reviewed by hand, and we aim to act within 48 hours. Nothing in the form changes a listing on its own.
