outfame.lol is operated by ROMVALOR SRL, a company registered in Romania (CUI 10054792), registered office Str. Mănăstirea Humorului 32, Gura Humorului, Județ Suceava, 725300, Romania ("we", "us", "ROMVALOR") — hello@outfame.lol. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we store about listed people: public social media handle(s), a copy of the public avatar (deleted the moment the listing is removed), display name, bio pulled from the public profile, country, bid totals, and public click counts. We also keep an internal moderation flag on each listing, set only by reports or by us and never shown on the site. If a listing is reported, the report's note may reference them. If a listing is removed, its handles are added to a blocklist to prevent re-listing — that block is kept indefinitely, since it exists specifically to stop the same handle being listed again. All of this is public-profile information at the time we import it. Any listed person can request full removal — see the rules (we aim to action within 48 hours).

What we store about bidders: the email Stripe collects at checkout; the payment amount, bid type (new listing or raise), and status; Stripe's session and payment-intent IDs; the timestamp you ticked the authorization checkbox; and the handles/country you submitted at checkout. Used only for receipts, payment disputes, and fulfilling the listing — never displayed anywhere on the site. We have no accounts and store no passwords.

Why we process this (legal bases): fulfilling your payment is a contract between you and us; showing an already-public profile on a public ranking board is a legitimate interest, weighed against the listed person's rights — which is why any listed person can force a takedown on request, no questions asked; keeping payment records is a legal obligation under Romanian tax/accounting law.

How long we keep it: a listing stays while it's on the board; once removed, we keep it in a short internal archive (30 days, to handle any dispute about the removal itself) before deleting the listing data — the handle blocklist itself stays indefinitely. Bidder payment records are kept for as long as Romanian accounting/tax law requires. Reports are kept until resolved, then archived briefly (90 days) to spot repeat abuse.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and objection to how we process your data. You can complain to Romania's data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or your own country's equivalent if you're elsewhere in the EU.

Children: we do not knowingly process data about, or accept payment to list, anyone known to be a minor. A listing found to be of a minor is removed without refund.

We do not sell personal data.

Processors and international transfers: Stripe (payments); Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage, bot protection); unavatar (avatar fallback); and the platform itself (Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/X) when we fetch a public profile page — that fetch appears in the platform's own logs as a request from us, not from the visitor. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no visitor data reaches a font provider. Stripe and Cloudflare are established in the US and certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; where data leaves the EU it does so under that framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

Cookies: we don't set a tracking cookie. Stripe (checkout) and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) may set their own cookies as part of those flows.

Payments: processed by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.

Language versions: this notice is published in English and in Romanian. For people in Romania the Romanian version controls; for everyone else, the English version.
